Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

· The item must be unused and in its original condition

· The item must be returned with the original packaging

· Proof of purchase or order number is required

If your return is approved, we will arrange:

· A replacement product, or

· A refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process after approval.

Please note:

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

· Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
